This program allows us to responsibly expand our breeding efforts without the use of traditional kennel settings, while giving select families the opportunity to welcome one of our exceptional dogs into their homes.
💖 What Is a Guardian Home?
A Guardian Home is a carefully selected family who agrees to raise, love, and care for one of our breeding dogs throughout their career. Once the dog’s breeding journey is complete, they are spayed or neutered (at the breeder’s expense) and full ownership is transferred to the Guardian family.
This partnership provides our dogs with a nurturing, family-centered life while allowing us to maintain the highest standards of ethical breeding and socialization.
🐾 What We Provide
Tiny Toy Poodles of Danville VA covers:

• All breeding-related expenses

• All vaccinations

• All food, flea/tick, heartworm, and parasite prevention

• Free boarding when needed

• Financial gifts as a thank-you for your partnership

🏠 What Guardian Families Provide
Guardian families agree to:

• Offer a loving, safe, and stable home

• Keep the dog indoors (no outdoor living)

• Maintain routine veterinary care, vaccinations, and grooming

• Provide basic obedience, leash, crate, and house training

• Keep the dog safe and contained at all times

• Communicate and coordinate with the breeder for scheduled visits or breeding needs

🌟 Guardian Home Requirements
To qualify for the program, families must meet the following:

• Males must reside within one hour of Danville, VA

• Any other dogs in the home must be spayed or neutered

• A physical or invisible fence is required

• Open communication and flexibility for drop-offs and breeding-related scheduling
